Instead, it offers the "portability" of your preferences, settings, files.
When collaboration happens, it can be spontaneous. Creativity works in
strange ways some times. A portable install allows you to take you
projects on your key chain without the worry of installing the LMMS
software on some unsuspecting computer. Instead it will run without making
changes to the computer, which can be favorable at times.
Bypassing security restrictions shouldn't be our selling point lol.
