No, sort of(*), no, and no. (*) We use our own custom style (lmmsstyle.cpp) which inherits QPlastiqueStyle. The toolbar could be replaced by modifying the style paintevent in lmmsstyle, but we'd have to implement the entire toolbar from scratch, and that's quite a big ordeal. I personally don't see it as a big priority (lots of work for little gain), and have no plans to address it in the near future, but if someone else wants to work on it, I have no objections.
