To elaborate on that:
2-stage means, it has two amplifying stages. First one uses vol/pan
controls, second one uses left/right controls, so whichever control
method suits your current purpose better, you can use it and leave the
other untouched - or use them both, in which case they work cumulatively.
Oh, I guess I should also mention the best part... I already made it.
Hey, it was a simple plugin, and it only took me a couple of hours to
write and the graphics were simple since I already had the "style
template" for them from my other plugins.

Should this be included in 1.0.0? Being a plugin, it's very unlikely to
break anything else.
I also tried to implement sample-exactness for it, but it doesn't seem
to actually work, I'm not sure why yet. But at least it should be
sample-exact ready, when that feature gets fixed eventually. And this
plugin can also be used to help with development/debugging of
sample-exactness.
