Unfortunately Israel's 13.10 build of 0.9.9.1 won't work through apt....  I'll try with 14.04 beta tonight and let you know (unless someone else can check on this?)

I didn't build it for 13.10, so there is no way you should be able to test it on 13.10
The whole testing needs to happen on 14.04.  I built it for 12.04 just to see if it would install in an older version as well, which is does, but has some issues.
please try this in 14.04 instead.
