Yep, it will differ, because you need to start at the beginning of the sample and then stay within a loop, but LMMS just starts from the loop. You do say that a volume envelope can be used, but this is tricky and sometimes you need a rough starts, not a long fade in.
But also - that means looking for perfect loops in hundreds of samples. Why do this when you know loop points are there :) On Wed, Apr 2, 2014 at 2:16 PM, Stian Jørgensrud <stian...@gmail.com> wrote: > Would this differ from loading this sample into AudioFileProcessor, turning > on looping and tweaking the envelope? > > > > -- > View this message in context: > http://linux-multimedia-studio-lmms.996328.n3.nabble.com/Wav-loop-points-support-tp7650p7652.html > Sent from the lmms-devel mailing list archive at Nabble.com. > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > _______________________________________________ > LMMS-devel mailing list > LMMS-devel@lists.sourceforge.net > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/lmms-devel > -- Louigi Verona http://www.louigiverona.ru/
