if the doamin will expire it will go onto auction most probably, also 
there is about a month for previous user to get it back.
it's nice that you did, maybe it's better to ask them directly through 
www.lastmilemobilesolutions.com becuase dreamhost can be a kind of 
privacy shield for them.
