For everything else we have Github and Sourceforge and I clearly see no reason why we should move away from well working reliable and free-of-charge infrastructure. Regarding website/SQL DB the decision is up to who ever takes care of the new website/LSP. In my opinion Sourceforge provides everything we need (both web servers with Python, PHP, Tcl, Ruby, ... and MySQL databases) and it's just a question of setting up a new CMS or whatever. What's the benefit of moving everything to another hoster?
