I deleted the setting :P

Anyway I figured out what happened: I just didn't wait long enought.
I left the process open because I got a call, and when I got back to the 
PC LMMS was open, and the folder was reset (or at least it was a "/", 
which I now changed to the actual location of the folder)

So I think this happened:

- Started LMMS
- LMMS loaded in a lot of time and no splash was shown because the theme 
setting wasn't reset yet
- When LMMS fully loaded, the theme folder is reset
