Correct, my calculation doesn't help colorblindness because that wasn't the
purpose however luma calculation in general can still be very accurate for
fixing colors that would be indistinguishable by color blindness.
It's arguable that calculating the contrast is actually *more* accurate
than allowing the user to select color since there's nothing preventing a
user from using a bad color <http://i.imgur.com/3GHz66a.png>, however it's
difficult to prevent ALL self-inflicted damage. :)
Seems kind of overkill
I haven't done this sort of thing in CPP so I can't speak to the
complexity. :/
