I looked into this a bit.  Is this the TDC web service which uses
the ViewRight web player plugin?

If so, you will likely see this vendor switch to HTML5 DRM eventually as
Netflix is moving towards that standard and hopefully the other web
services will soon as well.  Chrome is removing support for these 3rd party
Netscape (NPAPI) plugins in January, so this problem may correct itself
down the road as TDC switches to an industry standard DRM protocol.
