None of these items mentioned are urgent.
These are feature requests as well as lack of
understanding/learning/training of the LMMS software.
For the enhancements (functionality gaps, such as better sample recording),
search our bug tracker, we've already documented the enhancements you've
mentioned several times over.

For the learning/training items (fading out a track), feel free to ask on
our forums. There are dozens of people willing to help aspiring musicians
with basic functionality. We also have community members on YouTube that
go to great detail to explain these things.

Last, if you need these missing features so urgently, consider either
switching to software that has them, or help us code them. We all do this
in our spare time, and titles with "urgent" in them are not well received.
