Quentin,
Also what are your priorities regarding audio effets ?
We ship a bunch of third party LADSPA effects which we didn't write and we
don't support, so it's good to look there first, but we'd consider adding
an effects plugin. Probably best to discuss it on our chat server before
putting too much time into it. https://lmms.io/chat

We need help making LMMS' interface work better on scaled displays. This
is an area we'd accept help with.
and easier for me to use with a new user interface with less buttons
Depending on what's removed, we may accept simplified interfaces. It will
help the use-case if the advanced interfaces can be toggled back on.

Thanks for sharing.
what's the easiest way to push other new plugins if I make a full suite,

What you're describing as a "full suite" may be too many plugins to
maintain but we're switching our master branch to use submodules

for
theird party content, so that's an option but it would really depend how
best you'd like to spend your time as LV2 support
<https://github.com/LMMS/lmms/issues/562> within LMMS would allow plugins
to no-longer be written just for LMMS and then your plugins could live
inside other DAWs as well.
Welcome to the team. We're usually hanging out over at #devtalk.
