For what it's worth, if you have a lot of copying and pasting to do
between tracks, I've had some luck just making a copy of the .mmp file,
opening it in a text editor and copying the <pattern> ... </pattern>
sections from one <track> section to another.

If you also want to time shift the pattern it's a little more involved,
but I wrote a few perl one-liners to do it at the time. Probably not
something a Windows user (who isn't a programmer) will have the tools to
do, but it's possible. It's just an XML file, and a very readable one at
that -- thanks to the developers for keeping it so open.
