Yes, an LMMS preset for an instrument contains both settings of the
actual instruments as well as all other settings (envelopes, LFO,
effects etc.) as typically they alltogether make up the desired sound.

This is fine as well. ZASF presets are presets for the ZASF instrument
only. These are no LMMS presets and loaded into the ZASF instrument
internally only.
