i don't think that this is exactly what Dennis wants. (Not doing
unnecessary automatic changes means: still do 'necessary' automatic
changes, for whatever MusE deems 'necessary')

While this is for sure a thing we could and shall some day implement, we
rather should add some boolean to the song, called "dumb mode".
When the song has "dumb mode" set, then MusE may not output any MIDI
event except those explicitly written on the tracks. (That is: "Don't do
any automatic changes", without the word 'unnecessary').
