Yeah it might tend to cause the audio pre-fetch cache to go 
 out of sync. Likely we should invalidate it or re-fetch or something.

Try waiting for a few more bars to pass until the cache re-fetches,
 to see if it re-syncs.

You'll also likely see some errors in terminal about pre-fetch...
