The TAL plugins are Native VSTs now.

You get the goodness of: 
A) Freeing up some CPU time and threads from DSS-VST or FST or whatever.
B) Sample-accurate audio control automation and graphs, unlike with DSS-VST.
C) Smooth, correct MusE Automation of the native GUI's controls, unlike
 with DSSI. In other words set the track on automation WRITE or TOUCH
 and operate the native GUI's controls and it works well.
D) Being listed as a Synth Track, which means full MIDI support.
