Wanted to mention also we should give a choice of PDF or HTML,
or to avoid the hassle of choosing, let's just go ahead and build both?
And we must link them to the Help menu of MusE so that they open.
It'd be really cool if we could do context sensitive help, somehow ? ...
Tonight I will try to eliminate the dependency on Doxygen, since
the HTML docs that MusE currently builds from the old/muse.sgm file
are waaaay out of date, so I think we can trash them now.
