Here are recent changes to lv2 host:
1. Added support for sending transport events (bpm change, start/stop,
current frame) to plugins and synths. Tested on samplev1, drumkv1 and
example metronome - all of these sync to bpm nicely.
2. Added support for plugins with multiple ui types. Now, if plugin has
more than one ui, a popup menu with all ui types will be shown upon
opening user interface for the first time.
3. Gui handling rework - now all plugin gui messages are sent from main
qt ui thread, because some plugs don't like receiving interface events
from different threads (especially external ui types using qt4).
lv2 host is almost ready for testing now - all major features are
implemented.

support midi out ports handling - for chaining synths together (for midi
effects etc...). That needs some tweaking muse internal routing.
