Now lv2 host supports programs interface. Programs can be
saved/restored, automated etc..
Fixed bug when variable length runs caused some synths to crash
while processing midi event buffer(now midi event buffer resets on every
sub-run)
Selected ui type for synths are now stored in .med file. (no such
functionality for plugins for now because there is no interface to
save/restore custom settings - only params are restored - I'll implement
this to support state interface)
