Test done, playing live through MusE, and it worked like a charm!
Got my performance issues mostly under control also, running 6 channels
audio + effects (compressors, gate, reverb, eq and vocoder) through MusE
and a firewire audio card with 128x2 periods on a core2duo laptop, good
stuff!
