Forgot to post an answer.

I tested this file with previous stable version (2.2) and got the same 
behavior. So this is not a regression.
About monosynth: it seems, that there is some bug in restoring it's 
settings, but don't know muse or monosynth is the reason.

About example metronome - it's code has a bug, that corrupts memory if 
host sends midi event with zero offset after some data was already 
processed. Other plugins work just fine with this.
