I don't have time to look into this now, maybe tonight.
I did some midi recording but as I'm just a poor guitar player, I'm not
sure I would notice this type of problem :P I'll watch the video later.

Anyway, if you could narrow down if this happens even with small amount of
notes or even if it's repeatable, that would be good.
Adding the -M and -m options to print alsa-midi messages in the terminal
may help you also.
For instance if you get a stuck note you should be able to verify if MusE
did receive the note-off or if it possibly vanished before.
