Yes transmit works regardless of the slave setting. This allows MusE to
be the time master for all external gear.

You're right that's dangerous at best. To be sure I unticked them all
because the devices are meant to be MMC slaves here.

Good point, esp. given that the Lexicon is just a FX unit.
