Indeed, getting sound as easy as possible is a good improvement for
beginners but maybe it needs to be limited somehow.
What about having more states on the button:
1. MANUAL : monitoring is off until track is selected (the blinking icon
would suit this mode)
2. OFF : monitoring is never on
3. ON : monitoring is always on (icon is solid red)
And the default would be 1. What do you think, would that make any
difference? I admit I haven't played much with it..
