Hi Robert,

The settings can be preserved in .med file but not in the exported
MIDI files.  All the instrument / pan etc settings lost when the
project is exported, restarted MusE, then imported.

If the project is saved as .med format, restarted MusE, then opened,
these settings can be preserved  As a result, I think the "export
MIDI" feature has bug.
