Hi,

I have a Ubuntu Studio 14.04.2 installation.

Now I want to install MuSE 2.2.1.

Running the command "cmake -i" in the directory where I extracted the
downloaded MuSE installation archive, results in:

--- Snip Beginning ---

xxx@music:~/Schreibtisch/installationsdateien/muse-2.2.1$ cmake -i
Would you like to see advanced options? [No]:No
Please wait while cmake processes CMakeLists.txt files....

 vst header path:

   Python support
   Experimental features

Internal modules will be built as shared components.
Build type: CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE is empty. Plain un-optimized build.

Variable Name: CMAKE_BACKWARDS_COMPATIBILITY
Description: For backwards compatibility, what version of CMake commands
and syntax should this version of CMake try to support.
Current Value: 2.4
New Value (Enter to keep current value): ^C
xxx@music:~/Schreibtisch/installationsdateien/muse-2.2.1$

--- Snip End ---

I would like to install MuSE with Python support enabled.

In order to achieve this (but with no positive result, see the snip
above), I ensured that among others the following Python packages are
installed:

- dh-python ("Debian helper tools for packaging Python libraries and
applications")
- libpython-all-dev
- libpython-dev
- libpyhton2.7-dev
- libpython3.4-dev
- libpythonqt-dev
- python-all-dev
- python-alsaaudio
- python-apt-dev
- python-audioread
- python-dev
- python-gi-dev
- python-qt4-dev
- python-3-all-dev

There is no python2.pc file in my system:

--- Snip Beginning ---

xxx@music:~/Schreibtisch$ sudo find /* -type f -iname "python2.pc"
xxx@music:~/Schreibtisch$

--- Snip End ---

Which Python packages do I need to install in order to get Python
support enabled in MuSE?

Best regards,

Jens
