'make distcheck' target runs configure in separate directory but original
options are not ommited (I.e. options which were used to generate original
Makefile.) In that case Makefile may refer to TESTs or TEST_SCRIPTS which are
missing in Makefile configured with 'make distcheck. And as result 'make
distcheck' will fail with error.
