d4b6f02 linux-generic: validation: add netmap test
supports pktio 'make check' tests without hardware (i.e. using netmap pipe and
VALE virtual switch). CI has to check it.
Steps to configure and build:
1. insmod netmap.ko
2. enable netmap
./bootstrap; ./configure --enable-test-vald --enable-test-perf
--enable-test-cpp --with-netmap-path=/opt/Linaro/netmap
3. make check
