Yeah - I read that thread+wiki page and think it's a good idea to improve the process - teams often go to the CC without a good idea of what being approved actually requires. Your page helps that, definitely. I wasn't sure whether the agenda item on the meeting was for discussion of a different idea, or was just to explain what you've done already with that process. I was worried when I saw the phrase "fast-tracking" that there might be some suggestion of doing the process away from the Community Council meetings, which I think would be a real shame - now it's clear to me that the idea isn't so much fast tracking as simply improving the efficiency of teams who present their work to the Council.
