The current members of the NebraskaTeam are financing projects out of our own pocket and passing the hat on a project by project basis. Our first project "Ubuntu Off The Shelf" is designed to continue over the long term, and can be funded a bit at a time. When it comes to a larger project, like a User's Conference or a BarCamp, we'll definitely seek sponsorship of local companies. > We would like adopt good procedures in our Team to manage our expenses. "Best way to ship" should contain all the packaging and labelling instructions that help to minimize customs fees for your locality. > > Also we have to send the CDs to Ubuntu Lovers distributed across our State. It will probably *not* be appropriate for our team to establish itself as formal entity until we have many more members and many more programs. > > Awaiting your feedback? > > Jono, > > Any set of guidelines Ubuntu has put forth for Loco Teams to meet their > Local expenses?
