The current members of the NebraskaTeam are financing projects out of our own
pocket and passing the hat on a project by project basis. Our first project
"Ubuntu Off The Shelf" is designed to continue over the long term, and can be
funded a bit at a time.

When it comes to a larger project, like a User's Conference or a BarCamp,
we'll definitely seek sponsorship of local companies.

This sounds like an excellent topic for a wiki page. "Best way to ship"
should contain all the packaging and labelling instructions that help to
minimize customs fees for your locality.

It will probably *not* be appropriate for our team to establish itself as
formal entity until we have many more members and many more programs.
