In Belgium there exists something called a "de facto association".  You
can get a bank account under the name of such a de facto association,
but at least 2 people have to sign and are held responsible for the bank
account.  This also means that you don't get the protection of an
association that is a legal entity, but OTOH, you don't have the
obligations either.
