I thought of that too, but you'll have to hide the whole footer in the mailman page: <MM-Mailman-Footer>
You login as administrator in your list and click "Edit the public HTML pages and text files" (a link on the right side), then click "General list information page".. As I said, this removes the whole footer, which I think is the part at the end of the subscription page: "Ubuntu-cy list run by ownersmail at example.com Ubuntu-cy administrative interface (requires authorization) Overview of all lists.ubuntu.com mailing lists" But as an owner/administrator of a mailing list, you're kind of bound to have it listed there so people can reach you.
