As described on my blog (http://blog.didrocks.fr/index.php/post/A-good-experience-from-bug-jam-in-Paris), I tried to make 2 separate parts for the events: - during the morning, it was more a classroom to learn very basics of bug triaging, LP account registering, etc. - in the afternoon, they could pratice, everyone at his own speed and ask questions, but having a first overview of what the workflow is. I think it all depends on the public you are targeting. We targeted a very large public, most of them have never touched any bug and didn't know what Launchpad is. So, the "lesson part" (1h), even if it can sound boring, was a real need, I think. Didier -- loco-contacts mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/loco-contacts
