This "bad behaviour" of shipping companies is becoming quite annoying, and is frankly unethical.

As a suggestion, we should discontinue using shippers that demand a ransom for preparing a simple customs form. I have seen cases where this "brokerage fee" vastly exceeds the declared value of the goods in question.

Like proprietary software, it won't stop until we make it stop.

(Vancouver will check for CD's today. Hoping it goes smoothly...)
