Hi Randall,

This is not a shipping company issue. It is up to the Customs in each country and depends on how flexible they are

Thanks
Maria

This "bad behaviour" of shipping companies is becoming quite annoying, and is frankly unethical.

As a suggestion, we should discontinue using shippers that demand a ransom for preparing a simple customs form. I have seen cases where this "brokerage fee" vastly exceeds the declared value of the goods in question.

Like proprietary software, it won't stop until we make it stop.

(Vancouver will check for CD's today. Hoping it goes smoothly...)

Cheers,
Randall.

        Aloha folks!

Just spoken with Maria who is in charge of the Shipit
        program. She has said
if there are any teams who receive an invoice to contact her
        regarding this
issue. Please contact her and she will deal with this issue.

        Regards

        Laura
