Hi, Sorry to ask this stupid question but, what is Local Support ?
Lot of teams in the https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoTeamList and in http://loco.ubuntu.com/ are providing local support, but I really don't understand what is this "Local Support" for the Loco Teams. I don't think my team is providing such thing. In my comprehension of the words, local support is when a user can call to have help from another user/member in his area. How a new user can understand that "provide local support" ?
So I'll really pleased if the other locos could share their thought about that.
