On the top of the box there is an transparent envelop which include the Invoice. In the invoice paper is clearly write that is a gift.
In our (ubuntu Greece) invoice writes in bold: *Reason for export: Gift Terms of Payment: Free of Charge* *Also writes:* "I declare, that to the best of my knowledge, the information on this invoice is true and correct. The disks have o commercial value; The value on thiw invoice is a replacement value and is for customs purpose only. These disks are not for sale or resale, but for promotional and education use only." Check your invoice and i hope that you find the solution. George
