I'm not sure if you care, but the Emails that you are sending to this list annoy me, and may very well annoy others. It's possible you could get better responses by sending simple text emails describing your problems. I for one would actually read the emails and consider responding to them. Please don't take this as an opportunity to debate the content of the Emails. I'm simply giving this as my personal opinion, others may feel differently. Bob Rossi
