as i (now) understand it, you cannot simply use the standard Apache 
Software Foundation License since you can't assign copyright to the Apache 
Software Foundation without permission. i believe that you can use a 
similar license, though (take the standard license but assign copyright to 
yourself not to the Apache Software Foundation).
