I'm about to do the next rc. Want to apply it?
I'm fine with dropping NtEventLogAppender.dll from the package since the sources are provided. Bug http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/ show_bug.cgi?id=34981deals with the source and could be applied before the next RC.
