She's modified the source to be java 1.3 compatible and has
included a couple of tests as well.
If there are any issues or concerns, let's discuss them.
Otherwise, I'd like to commit the appender to an RSS directory, and
probably include it in the log4j-xml.jar target.
Since RSS 2.0 is just a specialized XML format, I'd think you'd have
an RSSLayout, not an RSSAppender.
