Has anyone written a java.util.LogRecord converter to a log4j LoggingEvent? Am I missing something or has no-one tried to create a juli Handler that simply converts the LogRecord into a LoggingEvent and posts it into the log4j hierarchy.

Sort of a Receiver sucking in logging events into log4j so that it can be managed in one environment.
