*sigh* I got stuck on step TWO. TWO!

        • Run "mvn -P release-notes generate-resources" to create the release 
notes.

I run that command and nothing happens. If I delete the RELEASE-NOTES.txt file 
Maven re-creates it, but beta9 is still at the top. rc1 is nowhere to be found. 
If someone could point out to me how to tell Maven to generate release notes 
for rc1, that would be great. Google is useless because it removes the hyphen 
from the Maven command, so my only search results are release notes for Maven.
