I don't have a strong opinion, but just to throw in my 2 cents, I like
IoBuilder for two reasons: starting with "Logger" hides the builder a
little because there are a lot of other classes starting with Logger -
IoBuilder stands out more, making it easier to find. Secondly, I like that
it has the word "Builder" (Factory would work too), again because it makes
it easier to find. But I'm fine with anything really.
