Yes i asked him to add a timed wait in the BlockingWaitStrategy. But he
also concerned that it will be work around, RCA will be unknown by adding
that fix. He is trying to simulate similar behaviour in unit test.

Regarding your concern I would like to understand more about Disruptor,
will go through the implementation of disruptor.
