Before I dig in:
We have an inconsistency here.
We already have plugins that support an attribute called "ignoreExceptions"
(AbstractAppender.ignoreExceptions)
Can we keep the naming the same? IOW, use "ignoreExceptions" instead of
"includeStacktrace" (and flip the Boolean value)?
