I've only used Travis for a trivial project
<https://travis-ci.org/jvz/lagom-example> which basically consists of adding a
3 line config file
<https://github.com/jvz/lagom-example/blob/master/.travis.yml>. As for adding
artifact publishing support, I'm not sure if that requires configs from infra
or anything like that.
