I've imported the base config files from logging-log4j2 into the
logging-log4j-scala repo. I've also copied over the docs from the Log4j manual
into this repo. The site build works the same as the Log4j one: {{mvn install
site site:stage}}. What still remains is:
* Configure Log4j site to link to Log4j Scala sites (which could probably be
committed alongside the generated Log4j site in the same place they'd normally
be if they were submodules in Log4j's main repo).
* Remove Log4j Scala stuff from main repo.
* Add more links and test out the site integration.
I will note that the release process sounds a bit more tedious now that there
will be 2+ repositories to release from.
