Hi Mark,
If you do not specify the XML file path in your
DOMConfigurator.configure() method, by default it
searches for the XML file under <<bea Install-dir>>/wlserver6.0
So if you copy your XML file under the above mentioned directory,
you won't get this error.

After reinstalling weblogic and making all the adjustments described
below I
